Child Care Search
Hiring the right child care provider is one of most important decisions for parents since this is the person who will be helping to raise your child and shape his or her personality. However, finding a good nanny can be a daunting and overwhelming process and it is often difficult to put full faith in a nanny's references and outside agencies. Gold Parent Coaching works with you to find the perfect match for your family by examining and anticipating your family's unique child care needs. We use our backgrounds in therapy and coaching to ensure the highest level of screening for the candidates.
Our Child Care Search Program consists of five layers of screenings and interviews:
- We meet with the family and assess their needs. Our screening process identifies key bio-pyscho-social aspects of the family's requirements and personalities which are critical to finding the right child care provider.
- We then begin with Level One screening to find candidates that fit this profile.
- In Level Two, appropriate candidates are then asked to provide references from prior child care positions and our team of coaches spends time interviewing these families.
- Candidates who receive positive references and whose experiences coincide with the client family's needs then progress to Level Three Interviews.
- Upon successful completion of this interview, Gold Parent Coaching will arrange for an in-person Level Four Interview between the family, the child care provider and a coach.
Our extensive screening process supports parents and saves them countless hours by focusing them on the few selected applicants who best suit their family's needs and social profile. We then work with the parents to train the candidate on exactly how to best care for the child and run the household.
Our child care search is an extremely in-depth process; therefore we cannot take on all of our search requests. During our complimentary consultation we will evaluate your particular needs and select the areas where we believe we can make the greatest contribution.
