Gold Nanny Group offers several packages for families looking for assistance with their child care provider search.
 

Flat Fee Full Service Search:

The flat fee full service search option includes all elements of our one-of-a-kind search process for a flat fee. Fee is determined by your particular search criteria.

Hourly Search:

This package includes all the elements of our one-of-a-kind search process but the service is billed on an hourly basis for as long as your particular search takes. The price can range between $3,500 and $7,500.

Parent Driven Nanny Search:

For this package, the parents get to use Gold Nanny Group services in any way they see fit. We begin together with the Family Needs Assessment and then are brought in on an hourly basis to consult during the process in the areas of greatest concern to the parents. For example, Gold Nanny Group can help the parents evaluate the references or assess the interview with the potential nanny.

Nanny Search To-Go:

For $675, Gold Nanny Group will conduct the Family Needs Assessment during a 90 minute phone session.  The parents will be given: physical description of their job, emotional overview of which personality would be a best match to their family, customized GNG match-based reference questions, personalized GNG match-based interview questions, Nanny/Family Work Agreement and Nanny/Family Training Manual.  This will be followed up with an additional 60 minute wrap up phone session.

Nanny Strategy Session:

For $300, Gold Nanny Group will conduct the Family Needs Assessment during a 90 minute phone session. Then GNG and the parents will create a clear plan together of job outline, what kind of nanny they need, questions to ask during interviews, and where to find the nanny. GNG will also provide a Nanny/Family Work Agreement and a sample packet of forms from the Nanny/Family Training Manual.
